While adding a candidate we need to have the resume and contact details. When we receive a request for screening, you will also need to provide a job description , with detailed roles and responsibilities . The SME will screen the candidate based on all these details.
As soon as we receive the request for screening along with other required details , we will send out a request to the candidate to confirm his availability and assign an SME .
Typically the turnaround time will be an hour from when the candidate confirms his availability.
We will provide detailed report from the interviewer explaining why he does not recommend the candidate , as well as the video of the screening. It is up to you to take the final decision and you can decide to hire the candidate , but in this case HirewithSME will not insure the onboarding costs .
